Columbia’s downtown condo market is starting to define itself.
First, condos are selling, slowly but steadily.
Second, the strongest pre-construction sales are of moderately priced two-bedroom condos, from $175,000 to $350,000.

100-unit condo plan gets state OK

The state has approved a 100-unit condominium project in Natick that would include 25 intended for low-income residents.
Trask Development Inc. of Southborough submitted preliminary plans to the town last fall for the South Main Street project, but has been waiting for approval from the state agency that administers affordable housing programs.
