Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. announced that it has closed on the completed the sale of the 170 room Holiday Inn Express located in Rochester, Minnesota for gross sale proceeds of $5.25 million. The property was sold on a 10.5x EBITDA multiple based on Sunstone’s full-year 2006 projections .

High-rise blimp ready to scope out condo site
