BRA approves 505-room hotel in Seaport

The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved a 505-room hotel in the South Boston Seaport District on Thursday.

The man behind a proposal to build a hotel and two restaurants near the Massachusetts Turnpike exit has backed out of the deal to buy the property after the discovery of wetlands there.
