Resort foes skeptical of revisions

OPPONENTS of the proposed 1,900-acre Belleayre Resort at Catskill Park say the newly unveiled revised plan for the development is nothing more than a “bait and switch” that will require the same environmental review as the previous plan.

Condo project to start soon

Foundation work on the long-stalled Garrett Landing luxury condominium project is expected to start soon.
Developer Michael Doyle said workers are nearly finished compacting the soil at the 2.15-acre site on the south shore of Keuka Lake. Demolition of buildings on the site was completed earlier.
