The Grand Hyatt Hotel will not open as scheduled, the developer said Tuesday.

Despite reassurances last week that it would open Feb. 8, developer Faulker-USA said the downtown Convention Center hotel will instead open Feb. 26.

In the past few months, subcontractors have complained they have not been paid, but Faulker-USA officials said the subcontractors will be paid on time.
