A nine-story main structure with a rooftop pool will connect two 22-story buildings. Amenities of the 900-unit property include restaurants, retail outlets, a spa, a fitness center, and 140,000 square feet of convention and meeting space. Guestrooms will feature fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, crown molding, flat-screen TVs, and whirlpool tubs. The Scott Partnership is designing the project.

Interstate Hotels & Resorts will manage the property.
