Most Expensive Condo in Denver A real-estate deal in Denver goes into the history books. An anonymous buyer spent $10 million on the penthouse condo that will be built on top of the new Four Seasons Hotel at 14th and Arapahoe.

According to the Four Seasons that is the most expensive condo ever bought in the Denver area. The two-level condo will be 6,100 square feet, have four bedrooms and six baths, with two balconies and panoramic views of the front range.

“On a scale of one to ten, this is a ten,” says sales manager John Patterson.

The owners will enjoy all the amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel. They can use the pool, spa and work-out facility. There’s also valet service, house keeping, pet sitting and on-site dry cleaning.

The hotel will break ground this fall and occupancy is expected by early 2010. There will be 230 hotel rooms and 102 private residences.

The private residences start at around $800,00 for a one-bedroom. The other penthouse is still available for about $8 million.
