Big Bear Lake Planning Commission holds a special workshop meeting Wednesday, June 27, to discuss a condo project.

Unique Mountain Development wants to build an 82-unit condo project on Paine Road south of the Village. Planning Commissioners denied the project early on voicing several concerns. Developers agreed to make some revisions and the workshop is a way to discuss the project without a decision. Both sides are able to delve into the project, discuss concerns and possible options. Based on the discussion, the developer can return with a project for approval at a later date.

A revised proposal has narrowed the project to 78 condos for discussion June 27.

The meeting is open to the public and begins at 1:15 p.m. at Hofert Hall inside City Hall, 39707 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake.
