Condo Conversion Underway in City of Fountains
June 6th, 2007 - Category: CondoKansas City — 3838 Partners LLC is converting the Rainbow Tower, an apartment complex in Kansas City, into the Vista Condominiums. The $5-million project is the first-ever high-rise condo conversion in Wyandotte County.
The first phase of the project is slated to be ready for occupancy by July, with the majority of the common areas completed by August.
According to Lee Hayes, project manager for 3838 Partners, 167 studios, one- and two-bedroom units will be upscale, yet reasonably priced, with condos starting at $89,000. Attractive financing plans, such as zero-down options, are also available.
Condos will feature hardwood floors, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning, granite countertops, balconies, floor-to-ceiling tiled baths, stainless steel GE appliances and custom cabinetry.
Residents will have access to amenities such as a fitness center, pool with sundeck, yoga studio, massage room, business center, library, clubroom, executive boardroom and a billiards room, as well as 24-hour doorman service.
