Hotel bargains harder to find

A new survey by Consumer Reports finds that with business and leisure travel on the rise, vacancies are down and rates are up.
Fewer empty rooms, the survey says, could possibly mean fewer big bargains for consumers.
Consumer Reports Senior Editor Tod Marks says hotels are now offering low-price guarantees if you book through their Web site, making it almost impossible to find lower prices on such travel sites as Orbitz or Expedia.
