Karbowski is a developer in Chicago and runs MCM Realty, which specializes in developments in the Bucktown/Wicker Park/Ukrainian Village neighborhoods. He owns a handful of properties in the North and Northwest Side and was the developer behind the project 3010 N. Sheffield.
Nawrocki works as a Commercial Account Representative with Interstate Bank in Chicago.
She owns Unit #4N at 3014 N. Sheffield, for which she paid $559,000 in Nov. 2006.
There are eight units in the newly developed building at 3010 N. Sheffield. MCM paid $5.5 million for the property at 3010-3020 N. Sheffield in Oct. 2004.
