A Courtyard by Marriott hotel will offer newly developed amenities for travelers, Marriott International Inc. announced Tuesday.

The Courtyard Cincinnati-North at Union Centre will open June 5 on Muhlhauser Road in West Chester, the company said Tuesday. The five-story, 126-room hotel in Butler County includes a restaurant, indoor pool with a whirlpool spa, exercise room and guest laundry. It also has 900 square feet of meeting room space.

Some of the new features Marriott is offering include a business library with individual workstations; a pantry-style 24-hour “grab and go” food and beverage area; and a lounge area, according to a news release.

Marriott International (NYSE: MAR), based in Bethesda, Md., operates more than 2,800 lodging properties in the United States and 67 other countries and territories.
