E. Lee Wyatt Jr. bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo in the TRU Lofts building at 2525 N. Sheffield for $512,000 from LG Development Group on April 23.

Wyatt Jr. is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hanesbrands Inc., a position he’s held since 2005. Hanesbrands is a consumer goods company, specializing in apparel, that was spunoff from Chicago-based Sara Lee Corporation in 2006.

Before joining Sara Lee, Wyatt was Executive VP with Sonic Automotive Inc, in Charlotte, N.C. He was VP of Administration and CFO of Sealy Corporation and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Brown Shoe Company before that. He also spent seven years at tax firm Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Wyatt has a bachelor’s in Accounting from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

There are 28 units in TRU Lofts, which LG Development recently completed. The company also has developments at 1718 W. Wrightwood, 1922 N. Orchard and 2117 N. Halsted.
