Al Aqili Furnishings makes major investment in Hotel Show
April 19th, 2007 - Category: Hotel, Real EstateCelebrating not only their tenth anniversary but also a US$ 1.6 million flooring contract from Dubai Mall Hotel, Al Aqili Furnishings (AAF), is set to become the largest sole exhibitor at the Hotel Show 2007.
The industry showpiece which takes place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) on 3-5 June will play host to the AAF Pavilion, an area of more than 1,050 square metres.
Taking full advantage of the entire Al Multaqa Hall, UAE-based AAF which in 2006 supplied enough flooring and carpeting to cover 400 football fields (over 3.5 million square metres), will also have four additional satellite stands in other halls, serving as stand-alone presentations and reaffirming their participation throughout the industry showcase.

Al Aqili Furnishings, which represents more than 50 of the world’s biggest names in flooring and furnishings, will focus on their hospitality and contract solutions, which includes flooring, lighting, fabrics and furniture. AAF will also be announcing a number of new alliances and partnerships as well as displaying products from some of their latest principals.

Apart from the Dubai Mall Hotel contract, the company has completed flooring projects for some of the most prestigious hotels in the region, including the Emirates Towers, Grand Hyatt, Fairmont, Shangri-La, Al Qasr, Mina Al Salam and the Lake Tower Hotel in the new Burj Dubai District.
