16-unit apartment complex going up in Brandon

Developers are planning a 16-unit apartment complex in north Brandon to go behind Valley Lanes & Rec Center.
Brian Nelson of Alpine Builders is the contractor.
The complex will be two floors and about 9,000 square feet. Construction is set to begin this spring.
