Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc., announced that the Company is revising the date and time that it will release financial results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2006 to Tuesday, March 6, 2007 after the market close. The Company has also updated the date and time of its earnings conference call to Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 8:00 AM Eastern time.

The change of date and time is intended to coordinate with a “presentation” by management of the Company at the Citigroup 2007 Global Property CEO Conference on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 1:25 PM Eastern time.

A live webcast of the conference call, as well as a replay of the call, will be available online on the Company’s website at www.cedarshoppingcenters.com. The conference call can also be accessed by dialing (800) 811-8824 or (913) 981-4903 for international participants. A replay of the call will be available from 11:00 AM on March 7, 2007 until midnight Eastern time on March 21, 2007.
