•Naples Plastering & Drywall purchased units 54 and 97, totaling 1,650 square feet, within the Enterprise Design Center, an industrial condominium at 3573 Enterprise Ave., Naples, from FOCD LLC for $224,198.
The seller was represented by Scott Dunnuck, George Atkinson and Doris Taylor, all of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, and the buyer was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
•Andalusia Isle 15 LLC purchased a 1,294-square-foot office/warehouse condo at 1010 N.E. Eighth St., Unit 5, Cape Coral, from RC III Southwest Florida LLC for $221,597.

•Barbour Charitable Trust leased 10,000 square feet of flex space at 2206 Andrea Lane, Unit E, Fort Myers, to Baker Distributing as a temporary location to utilize until its permanent location is completed. John Hulsberg of the Allen Morris Co. represented the tenant and Connie Barbour of Ameritor Realty Inc. represented the landlord.
•IMC-Heartway LLC leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 13050 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, from Unity General Investments Inc. Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Derek Bornhorst, all of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, represented the tenant and Robert White represented the landlord.
•McGarvey Development Co. leased 7,600 square feet of office and lab space at 13851 Plantation Road in Fort Myers to Bureau Veritas North America Inc., which specializes in concrete and soils testing. Charles Jans of McGarvey handled the lease.
•FP Investments leased a 4,500-square-foot warehouse unit at 2312 Bruner Lane, Fort Myers, to Roll Tite Shutters. Coni Dean of Ameritor Realty represented the landlord and Cherie Fierstein of Ameritor Realty represented the tenant.
•Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida PL leased a 4,200-square-foot office condominium at 13740 Cypress Terrace Circle, Fort Myers, from Grazyna Szenkiel.
