Golden Globe nominated actress, Scarlett Johansson, came away with the “Super Bowl” of prizes today at the Sprint Style Villa on Ocean Drive Village, winning a one-year lease on a $2.2 million Bayfront condo at Flamingo South Beach. As part of the “Find Your Fortune at Flamingo” Super Bowl promotion, sponsored by developer MCZ/Centrum and real estate agency Fortune International, Johansson drew the lucky key that unlocked a specially designed “glass” house which encased a Lucite replica of the Flamingo building, thereby winning the one-year lease.

Other celebrities and sports stars vying to win the Flamingo South Beach condo, included actor Robert Downey, Jr.; singer Ashanti; Arizona Cardinals quarterback Matt Leinart; “All My Children’s” Natalia Cigliuti; Terry Crews from “Everybody Hates Chris,” Cari Dee, this year’s winner on “America’s Top Model;” rapper Kevin Federline; “7th Heaven’s” Geoff Stults; Amaury Nolasco from “Prison Break;” wrestler-turned-actress-and-dancer Stacy Keibler; Adam Rodriguez from “CSI: Miami,” former N’SYNC-er Joey Fatone; and San Francisco 49ers quarterback Steve Young. Each were “locked out” of the condo prize but came away with specially designed Flamingo “swag” commemorating the Super Bowl.

Johansson’s new South Beach crash pad is a direct Bayfront lanai unit at Flamingo South Beach. The three-bedroom, three bath condo has recently undergone a complete renovation and features a stunning contemporary design with a mix of sleek cabinetry and countertops, stylish kitchen and bath fixtures, exotic wood floors and natural stone surfaces. Johansson’s condo is located in the South Tower of the 1,688-unit community; sales in the North Tower go on the market in the next few weeks.

The Sprint Style Villa on Ocean Drive Village, produced by Ocean Drive magazine and Miami Marketing Group, is an interactive experience inside a two-story, crystalline glass house built right on South Beach for Super Bowl XLI. The Style Villa creates a “greenhouse” appearance with premium furnishings, exclusive sponsor suites, a DJ, lounge areas, and more, making it the ultimate South Beach destination for athletes, celebrities and VIPs.
