NorthStar Realty Finance Prices $135 Million of 8.25% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares

Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Wachovia Securities are the joint book- running managers for the offering and RBC Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus are the co-managers for the offering. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 810,000 shares of 8.25% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock to cover over-allotments.
