National Union signs lease for 99 High Street office
January 28th, 2007 - Category: Real EstateNational Union Fire Insurance Company has signed an 87,815-square-foot lease at 99 High Street.
National Union, based in Pittsburgh, Penn., is a subsidiary of American International Group Inc., a global insurance and financial services company.
The 730,000-square-foot office building on the corner of High and Congress Streets in Boston on the 28th - 31st floors.
Meredith & Grew represented National Union Fire Insurance. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF.
99 High Street is currently 92 percent leased, according to a release on the transaction. Other tenants include: Adams Harkness, NASD, KPMG and AON.
