Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc., today announced that it will release financial results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2006, after the market closes on Wednesday, March 7, 2007. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 11:00 AM Eastern time to discuss the financial results.
